Most of what we ship does not exist in a catalogue yet. The route is short and predictable.
PDF, DWG, STEP or simply photos with dimensions — plus the valve it fits, voltage, port, seal material and target quantity.
We quote with the tooling cost included, then machine a sample for your approval. Sampling takes about one month.
Production runs about one month after sample approval, with export packing and documents prepared for your forwarder or ours.
Turning, milling and assembly all happen in-house, which is what keeps a custom pilot head affordable at pilot quantities and repeatable at production quantities.
